Hi, I'm LAURA P

There's a lie that seems to keep being told over and over again in the coaching world – that business gets easier the more successful you get.

I'm not doubting that for some entrepreneurs that scaling a course or a digital product that's more hands-off can create more ease.

But what if that's not the path you're on?

Maybe you're like me and you've taken a different route. Maybe you're hustling to build a business that's all about people, or you're dreaming up a product that no one's ever even thought of before. Or you're working all hours to grow a business that's anything but simple.

And it's tough when you're bombarded with all this talk online about ‘ease and joy' being synonymous with success.

It's common to start feeling like you're failing miserable just because you're daring to be different and, let's be honest, walking a steeper path.

When I first made the move from selling courses, to building my launch agency, some of my online business friends thought I was crazy.

They couldn't understand why I'd ditch the easy route and go back to the old grind, trading my time for money.

But my intuition was screaming at me to go deeper in the mastery of my craft.

I wanted to go BIG and build an amazing team that would work on all kinds of launch styles in all kinds of niches. A team of a-players with unicorn skills working on the biggest and best launches in our industry!

Easy? No.

Against the norm? Yes.

And with the constant content I kept getting bombarded with online about ease, and flow, and abundance from a place of joy…

Came this nagging feeling that I was self-sabotaging in some way because the path I was on often felt difficult.

When you see coach after coach online promising an easier life, you start to wonder if you've taken a wrong turn somewhere. Some days at my agency are downright manic, filled with high-pressure situations and endless to-do lists. But here's my truth: I absolutely adore what I do, the people we help, and the business I've built from scratch.

As for me and my venture, it hasn't necessarily become easier. But boy have I learned to roll with the punches!

Success is whatever you want it to be.

You can crush it an be successful, and thrive in your abundant life, even when your business feels like a wild rollercoaster ride!

Every person I know that has mastered the art of launches in their business and created wild success in their business has had, at some point, had a failed launch. But the reason they are where they are today is because that wasn’t the last launch they ever did.
