For years, I built what the online business world told us to build. Courses. Programmes. Memberships. High ticket.
They made money. They also all needed me. My ideas. My audience. My content. My launches. My selling. My delivery.
I’d diversified my prices. I hadn’t diversified my dependency.
I was making money, but I’d built a business that still couldn’t really move without me.
